I'm a full time mom of 2, and a part time, but neverending college student. I attend the Institute for Culinary Arts here in Omaha, focusing on Pastries. I'm only half way through my degree, and have had many great, and terrible outcomes happen through school. I want to share with you some of my daily whoas, my culinary drama, and spastic children
I love and live for CAKE! I design mainly 3-D cakes with fondant, but struggle with the more traditional rectangle blahs....so hard for me. Stupid I know.
